Emergency Oral Health Care Voucher
Up to $260.00 worth of Emergency Dental
All Amazing Smiles practices accept government vouchers for emergency dental treatment, which are valued at up to $260. These vouchers are intended for issues like toothaches or broken teeth.
When you visit our approved Metro North and Metro South clinics, we’ll focus on resolving your dental problem. Please note that vouchers do not cover hygiene appointments.
Eligible patients can access a list of approved dentists from the Government Oral Health Services. Remember, these vouchers have expiration dates, and all treatments must be completed before that date.

To qualify for an Emergency Government Dental Voucher for dental care in Queensland, you must meet these criteria:
Residency: You need to be a Queensland resident.
Concession Cards: You are eligible if you hold one of the following valid concession cards.
- Pensioner Concession Card (Department of Veterans’ Affairs)
- Pension Concession Card (Centrelink)
- Health Care Card
- Commonwealth Seniors Health Card
- Queensland Seniors Card
For Children: Eligibility is based on:
Age and Schooling: Children must be between 4 and completing Year 10, younger than four or have completed Year 10, and are dependents of concession card holders or have their own card.
Guardianship: Children under the guardianship of the Director-General, Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services are also eligible.

Amazing Smiles Dental Clinics now accepts government vouchers for dental care in partnership with Metro North and Metro South Oral Health Services. If you are on the waiting list for public dental treatment, you may qualify for a voucher to use at our private clinics.

The Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) is a government program that provides eligible children aged 2 to 17 with up to $1,132 for dental treatments over two years. This includes preventive, diagnostic, and restorative services to support your child’s oral health.

Eligibility
Individuals eligible for CDBS are sent a letter from the Australian Government. Children can get CDBS when all of the following apply:
- They’re eligible for Medicare
- They’re between 0 and 17 years old for at least one day that calendar year
- You or they get an eligible payment at least once that calendar year.

Bulk Billing Dental For Seniors
We support our veterans by providing dental services to eligible seniors through the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA).
Gold Card holders receive comprehensive dental coverage at no cost or with minimal out-of-pocket expenses. White Card holders can access dental services only for accepted dental conditions or cancer treatment consequences.
You must have a DVA Gold Card to qualify for DVA dental services. Contact our office if you’re unsure about your eligibility or want to know more about DVA dental benefits. We’ll assist you based on your Card details.

Eligibility
- Gold Card Holders: Are eligible for treatment of all dental conditions under the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA).
- White Card Holders: Treatment under the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) is available for White Card Holders specifically for their accepted dental condition or any dental complications resulting from cancer treatment.
What Dental Services are Covered by the DVA
- Regular dental check-ups and cleans
- Prevention of tooth decay
- Treatments for cavities
- Dentures
- Treatments for dental injuries or conditions
What DVA Patients Can Receive
If patients are eligible for dental services, your DVA dentist may:
- Assess the health of mouth and teeth at regular check-ups
- Treat any dental injuries or conditions
- Repair cavities in your teeth with dental fillings or crowns
- Provide you with dentures
- Re-line your dentures every two years
- Replace your dentures every six years unless your dentures have been re-lined in the past year or if your dentist recommends a replacement sooner.
An Annual Monetary Limit (AML) applies to certain high-cost items, such as bridges and crowns.
If your high-cost items exceed the AML of $2,643.25 per calendar year, you may need to make a co-payment.
